It's here that we contemplate the Rio Iguaçu, into which the eponymous falls flow further upstream, to join the immense Rio Paraná, the river which, further on, is harnessed by the binational Itaipu dam between Paraguay and Brazil. This is where the three borders meet: Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. Like nearby Puerto Iguazú, Foz has created a new space to attract visitors to this remote corner of the city.

Reposant.
