Quintana Café is a traditional, welcoming Curitiba establishment that reflects the people of Paraná's capital. Spearheading local cultural eco-gastronomy. With poems and books scattered around the house, the chef and owner pays homage to gaucho poet Mario Quintana. At the central buffet, the influences are diverse.
