The Costelaria do Gaucho Gasto is a churrascaria of pure gaucha tradition. It offers the traditional rodizio of meat, but here it is an auto-rodizio where the guests move themselves. The beef ribs are the specialty of the house. Lovers of a meat diet can eat an endless rodizio to their heart's content. You put the little red disc on when you're full. A classic in town for over 30 years! Good buffet too.
