The Regionalissimo is an institution in Cuiabà. It is a famous address for those who want to taste the local cuisine. The setting is simple and friendly, and many regulars have not hesitated to follow the restaurant into its new premises, next to the Rio Museum. An interesting buffet of local products and recipes is offered at lunchtime. The names of the dishes are written on an imitation of a traditional Pantanal musical instrument.
