CHOPPAO

A traditional bar-restaurant where you can enjoy a colourful and unpretentious atmosphere that is always very lively. For almost 50 years, this bar has been a place where people go to chat in a friendly atmosphere that reminds us that Cuiabà is a land of recent immigration, where Brazilians from all regions came to look for a promising future in what was then a pioneer front. Good for eating as well as drinking a cold beer, as the name suggests! One of the specialities is "escaldado", a traditional soup of Indian origin.
