Mato Grosso has become a major place for ecotourism. The state has developed a service that matches its aspirations and the potential of the area. The reception was one of the most pleasant in the country and they provide useful information about the city, the Chapada dos Guimarães National Park and of course the Pantanal. Some of the brochures about the Pantanal are real works of art and are written in different languages (including Castilian and English).
