Natural aquarium with many fish, featuring a snorkeling trail accessible by small boat

The aquario natural is a snorkeling tour in what appears to be a natural aquarium. The many fish, impressive with their sharp teeth, but harmless, accompany the swimmers on the 1,000 m swim in the waters of the Baia Bonita River. Ideal to get acquainted with swimming in the water. A small boat follows the group in case of problems. But you should feel like a fish in an aquarium! We swim using only our arms because leg movements create turbidity in the water.

Le complexe de l’Aquario natural est à l’image de Bonito, connue pour être une station touristique écologique. Premièrement nous enfilons combinaison, chaussures, masque et tuba. Avec notre groupe composé de 10 personnes en comptant le guide, nous empruntons un sentier entre jungle et marécage et enfin, c’est le bain ! Nous restons tout d’abord dans un premier espace habité par des poissons orangés et de belles algues puis nous partons pendant 40 minutes pour explorer les fonds marins de la rivière. On peut même donner à manger aux poissons grâce à une plante aquatique tendue par un guide qui nous suit en barque pour veiller au bon déroulement de l’excursion. Retour en passant par la case aventure, une tyrolienne avec plongeon dans l’eau à l’arrivée. Nous voyons également des animaux : un crocodile, des sortes de sangliers avec leurs petits…
