The Cairu ice cream parlour produces some of the best regional fruit sorbets in the city and beyond. Even in the little kiosk at Docas you'll find an incomparable choice of flavors! Cairu will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2024, and has a dozen locations in the city. Its brand is already being exported to Manaus, São Paulo and Rio. You have to be daring and let yourself be guided by your instinct, by the sometimes...surprising, yet natural colors of these products, which some chefs have chosen to embellish their menus with.
