The Hotel Ilha de Marajo, one of the few establishments on the island, is a place totally in harmony with its simple, rustic and welcoming environment. The "fazenda" style is reminiscent of the island's way of life and traditions. Tiled roofs, brick walls, clean rooms paved with red terracotta tiles and furnished with wood, air conditioning, hot water, tennis court and swimming pool. Rustic yet comfortable. In the evenings, a number of folkloric shows take place. Decorations are often inspired by the style of Marajoara Amerindian ceramics.
