EXPEDIÇÃO KATERRE

Expedição Katerre is positioned in a resolutely environmental niche. For each of its services, Katerre minimizes the ecological and environmental footprint and maximizes sustainability and positive interaction with local, often indigenous, communities. Tours have been built up over time, and choices include natural, river and archaeological sites of great interest. Wild nature is at the heart of the concept, but the people who live there are also at the heart of all the tours on offer. Katerre offers six cruises ranging from 4 to 8 days, with regular departures all year round, or private tours according to customer requirements. The company caters to a public concerned about the environment and local populations, as it uses boats that are less polluting and noisy than the competition, and works with groups of up to 16 people. The boats are as follows:

Awapé. Double-decker boat for up to 8 passengers. Three cabins, including one double and two quads with private bathroom and air conditioning, a solarium and dining area with tables.

Jacaré-Açu. Larger and more luxurious, this charming boat accommodates up to 16 passengers. Leisure and private area with 8 air-conditioned double cabins.
