In a large cabaña in Jatata, this restaurant offers a fairly complete menu of typical dishes from the region. The large, cosy room is only topped by a roof. The meat is succulent and the dishes copious, the service is impeccable. On the menu: parilla with rice and cheese, yucca and plantain bananas, pacumuto, napoiltana of chicken or pork (breaded meat topped with tomato sauce), pacu a la plancha, chicharron... Take a taxi to get there. The best address in Guayaramerín.
