GUSTO
On a street perpendicular to Seoul Street, Gusto pioneered the art of pizza in Ulaanbaatar. While many other pizzerias have since opened, Gusto has maintained its excellent reputation. That said, their doughs and pizzas have little in common with recipes originating in Italy: they are adapted to local tastes. As the restaurant closes late, it's an ideal spot for a slice of pizza after a night out in the local bars. The menu also includes wines and cocktails to continue the evening, as well as Mongolian specialties.
