GANDAN GUESTHOUSE
The Monastère monastery is no longer very far away. The house, built in red bricks on two levels, is easily visible from the street. The cleanliness of the premises leaves a little to be desired. The only smell of the toilets seems to be deeply annoying the dog of the house that looks dead. Fortunately, the family that keeps the guesthouse is adorable and the rooms inside, better kept. Tuvshin, the manager, speaks French well. It also offers a large number of services and information in the context of Ulaanbaatar visits, as well as in the realization of circuits in the steppe, to meet nomadic families. He gets his customers to the station for free. A luxury in the capital! The price of the room has increased rapidly since the last edition of the guide, from US $ 24 to US $ 15. The price ratio for a private room is questionable.
