It presents the local flora and fauna, with a collection of stuffed animals. Above all, and this is its originality, it exhibits photos illustrating the way of life of the Tsaatan, a group living in the vicinity of Lake Khövsgöl, with very particular customs. It's easy to spot, as it's one of the city's most accomplished buildings. Its exterior is a little decrepit, but its rooms are quite modern. The statue, erected in 2009, represents Mongolia's tallest man, who came from Mörön and stood 2.60 metres tall.
