In this six-story tower, on the outskirts of the city center, is surely the best hotel in the city. The hotel has 34 rooms, all of which are spacious and well kept. All are equipped with flat-screen TVs and WiFi access. The more expensive ones have their own bathroom, with hot water all day. The hotel's restaurant is excellent, with Mongolian and Korean specialties. You will also find a billiard room and a karaoke. On the other hand, the staff speaks very little English.
