What a few years ago was the city's best hotel is now in need of a major overhaul. Although the rooms are well-appointed and warm, small details show that they are seriously lacking in maintenance. While hot water is available at all hours of the day, the bathrooms are not very inviting. Reception has been well looked after and the welcome is friendly. Attractive photos and a map of the city make for a pleasant stay. The hotel also boasts a very good restaurant, the Bayanburd.

Un hôtel aux portes du désert de Gobi. Le matelas n'était pas très confortable, mais la chambre était propre et fonctionnelle. Nous sommes malheureusement arrivés en plein milieu d'un énorme panne de courant : pas de lumière, pas de wifi, pas d'eau chaude. Mais le personnel a toujours était aimable et disponible.
