The Chill-Out is undoubtedly the best value for money ratio in its category. Enjoying a nice location in Malate - at a stone's throw from the main tourist places in the city centre - this small pension has a friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. We love the moelleux of mattresses, the practical and minimalist decor and, above all, the wise advice of the friendly and dynamic boss, who knows the Philippines like his pocket, will help you organise your holidays in the best way possible. It is recommended. The eyes closed.

On the advice of sly little minx we spent a night in the chill-out. We pay 1000 php is 15 euros.RAS on the reception, we do not navons given French content, the employees are polite but nothing more. the room is even for outdated, equipment in the hot shower facilities, I frightens received electricity opening water... it is its shower a little on the toilet because do very small. the view gave on the bogus city of downstairs. in comparison with bayleaf hotel has manille or for 1000 php moreover we have a room businessmen nickel with a service crazy... does not have photo... I would never recommend the chill-out.
Returning right from the Philippines, I recommend the chillout guesthouse highly. super welcome, good atmosphere and impeccable cleanliness. My base required if I return has Manila.
The owners are the kings of tips and they will switch you in your Filipino tour, I really have appreciate. In they are French. What request for more.
