In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city, this art-deco building built in 1935, destroyed during the war and rebuilt, is a small urban oasis. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned but the common areas, including the lobby, immediately transport us to another era and the small pool in the exotic garden has an old-fashioned charm. The Cafe Alicia with its blue tones is charming as well as the Tutso Bar. A place full of history and charm that has already been nominated for a UNESCO award for the preservation of cultural heritage.
