In front of the cathedral of Manila. It was originally the home of Manuel Estacio de Venegas. It was at the time of a two storey structure where Venegas was expropriated in 1654 to become the Spanish governors general office. This was so until 1863, when the building was destroyed by an earthquake. A century later, the Land Bank of the Philippines rebuilt the site to make it a-storey building (which has much less pride). The administration of Walls currently has its offices.
