MANILABAKE
A bakery where everything is prepared in an artisanal way and according to traditional recipes. Chief Gretchen Lim is a follower of healthy food and wants to revive the art of baking in the oven. It serves the Pan of Sal (a typical Filipino cake eaten at breakfast), pies and cakes (the Macapuno Pandang and grape bread and cinnamon are a real treat!) several types of bread, but also jams (coconut, guave), dairy products from Philippine farms, different varieties of coffee and tea in the country. Light meals are available. The ideal place to enjoy authentic homemade Filipino pastries.
