Tasty and original pancakes with a good price-quality ratio in a Besse creperie

Nestled in the heart of Besse, not far from the belfry, the Faucher family's crêperie delights gourmands. The menu features a dozen galettes, but also Auvergne specialties. The truffade is served with tripoux and stuffed cabbage. Try the Parmentier de canard au saint-nectaire or the coulant du Gévaudan, roasted camembert style! It is a cosy stop appreciated. The service is fast and the prices affordable. A pleasant terrace allows to appreciate the charm of the place and to enlarge the small room. Remember to make reservations, especially on Mondays, market day!

Un endroit à tester surtout l'hiver pour y déguster les bons plats traditionnels auvergnats : truffade et pour ma part le chou farci ! Rapport qualité prix rien à dire, par contre pensez à réserver !
La ville est aussi super agréable pour s'y balader un soir d'hiver !

Besse est un village médiéval qui a beaucoup de charmes.
Pour parfaire sa visite une dégustation des plats régionaux s’impose.
Choisir une crêperie (Le Bessoi) peut paraitre surprenant et pourtant les truffades, choux farci et autres tripoux valent le détour.
Les assiettes sont garnies copieusement et l’accueil agréable.
