Restaurant in Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise offering authentic, typical Auvergne cuisine.
Situated halfway between the medieval town of Besse and the ski resort of Super Besse, below Lake Pavin along the D978, an old farmhouse now serves as a restaurant. Caroline and Franck offer authentic, typical Auvergne cuisine. The menu features truffade, one of the region's signature dishes, as well as arctic char and potato sausage. Two dining rooms, one on the first floor and one upstairs, can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Impossible de manger dans ce restaurant ! Un jour, à 13h ils ne servent plus et sans sourires,le lendemain 12h20,ils nous disent que c'est complet alors que visuellement il reste plein de tables vides! Ils n'aiment sûrement pas le touristes.

En entrée du menu, une terrine très grasse faite maison qui n'avait rien à voir avec celle que nous avions apprécié en 2022. En dessert, des portions rikiki de parfait glacé qui sortait du congélateur, malheureusement le couteau scie spécial pour le découper n'était pas fourni.... Bref, nous ne reviendrons pas !
