HÔTEL DE LA PROVIDENCE ET DE LA POSTE
Generous table honoring the products and dishes of the soil.
This former post house, very well run by Valérie and Patrick Seby, smells like a haven of peace, as its name seems to indicate. And the facts are in line with the promise: a generous table that honours local products and dishes: meat from Salers, lentils from Le Puy, truffade, a platter of Auvergne cheeses. The wines of Saint-Pourçain come to accompany these dishes. The desserts are revisited to be worked with local products, like the panna cotta of saint-nectaire with fruits. To rest from your long walks in Sancy, a dozen rooms with simple and authentic comfort welcome you. Here, customers quickly become friends and make it their preferred stage.
