The restaurant of the hotel Mildiss opens its doors to all the gourmets of passage in Besse. In the kitchen, the team works with fresh, seasonal and local products. In each recipe, the fine palates will find the flavors of the starred chef and best worker of France Gilles Reinhardt. From the very first course, the menu announces the color, bistronomy is on the menu: tuna tataki, iodized poultry supreme, lamb sweetbreads... L’espace spa très appréciable après une journée de ski, d’autant plus que celui ci est privatisé. Petit bémol pour la porte du sauna qui mériterait d’être plus hermétique pour conserver la chaleur.
Le retour à la réalité est difficile, au plaisir de revenir très prochainement !
