Here, the copious dishes are of regional inspiration with a choice on the slates, small fresh dishes very Auvergne, truffades, trout filet with Auvergne ham and its lentils of Puy, fondues with Saint-Nectaire... To end the meal on a sweet note, the establishment offers home-made desserts. All served in a generous way and with a warm welcome by the owner or the staff who will take care of you. Everything is done for your pleasure, and the terrace in the centre of medieval Besse is very pleasant in summer.

Nous avons mangé une truffade excellente. Celle ci était d'ailleurs moins chère que ce qu'on trouve dans les restaurants de Clermont et pourtant il y avait beaucoup plus de fromage (allez comprendre). La déco est marrante, on se croirait vraiment chez mémé dans les années 60.
A refaire sans hésiter si je repasse dans le coin
