LE TEMPS D'UNE GOURMANDISE
If you visit the pretty village of Besse, take time for a treat on the Place de l'Eglise! Above all famous for its superb cellar carved in the rock and filled with wines from Auvergne, including some organic wines (Corent, Chateaugay, Saint-Pourçain, Boudes, Chanturgue...), you will also find in this shop some local delicacies. Artisanal gentians, liqueurs and digestives, but also lemonades, jams, crunchy, sweets and other sausages and terrines decorate the shelves. On the stalls, you will also be able to find farmhouse pasta and flours made in Auvergne! Martine makes baskets filled on demand and you will have free access to the cellar. To be seen!
