This street, typical of medieval times, was once home to the butchers' guild. It is paved and retains its central gutter. On either side, you'll find beautiful half-timbered houses, some with corbelled upper storeys. Large basket-handle windows opening onto the street are a reminder of its commercial vocation. The Maison du Boucher (15th century) and the Maison du Doyen (16th century) have retained their stone stalls. At the bottom of the street, you can see the Romanesque porte des Boucheries, a vestige of the first wall.
