CHOCO MARCEL
Settled in Biollet since 2012, Choco Marcel has quickly built a fine reputation. Marcel and Yvonne have renovated an old barn on the edge of the Cheix pond, entirely dedicated to the original creation of all kinds of chocolates: ganaches, truffles, Belgian pralines, chocolates filled with cream, fruit, caramel, carved Easter chocolates, all this is 100% pure cocoa butter. Visits to the workshop are organised, followed by tastings. The house also has a tea room, and offers its traditional ice creams in summer, to be enjoyed in this beautiful setting.
