They can be admired from Victory Village. These hills represent a lying lion. To reach the summit and dominate the port and town of Legazpi, as well as the neighbouring municipalities of Manito and Rapu-Rapu, you must join the barangay Dap-Dap by tricycle and choose a guide (tricycles from the cathedral, about 30 P).
