On the main road, 15 minutes from the center of El Nido, Kusina Ni Maya is a very good address, well known by the locals, much less by tourists. Traditional wooden hut, with an open restaurant room, the setting is calm and pleasant. On the menu, a whole range of Filipino specialties, we recommend Dynamite as a starter, these long green peppers coated with cheese and fried, as a main course the sizzling tofu, the sisig pork or the sweet and sour lapu-lapu. The portions are very generous. The staff is very attentive. A good local restaurant.
