Centre for serious diving. The reception is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. the slogan of the centre is rather revealing: " Come as a customer, leave as friends. " One of the managers even trained many instructors who have their centres today in Palawan, which should reassure réfractaires. For those who do not speak English: four francophone instructors exercise their jobs.
