On the waterfront, this restaurant catches the eye with its two-story bamboo structure and its outdoor terrace. Together with Hayahay (it's the same place, they share their menu and their terrace!), it is a real institution in Dumaguete. Locals gather here to enjoy excellent fresh fish and seafood specialties, all by the water. Besides fish, other Filipino specialties are on the menu. In the evening, there is a live concert.
