This is one of the highlights of any visit to Oroquieta. Located in the Layawan barangay, the Ciriaco Pastrano suspension bridge crosses the eponymous river for around 75 metres to reach the Taboc Norte barangay on the other side. It is 6 meters above sea level and, as it is located at the mouth of the river that flows into the Bohol Sea (via Iligan Bay), it offers a superb view, especially at sunset. While locals use it every day, it can be a challenge the first time as it's a bit shaky.
