"Simple, but sophisticated". The slogan of this chic bistro at the Union Hotel perfectly describes the atmosphere in the Atelje restaurant. It's all about enjoying a gastronomic menu in a relaxed atmosphere. Chef Jorg Zupan's great innovation certainly lies in his willingness to produce most of his raw food: for example, he offers his own bread, but also cheese or butter. These dishes are masterpieces of dressage and the (very) good note is confirmed on the plate.
