Located in a popular area where concrete is legion, Hotel M is not the most attractive establishment in the capital. Yet the rooms are spacious and modern, some overlooking Tivoli park. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast, well-stocked, is on a pleasant terrace. But these are the rates that attract here. Bus stops nearby.
