Its facade is one of the jewels of the late Baroque. Gregor Maček, builder of the cathedral dome, had the town hall erected (1717-1728) from two former houses. Theatrical performances were held here in the 16th and 17th centuries. There are art exhibitions organized in the framework of international and inter-city collaborations, as well as individual and group exhibitions of established and amateur artists.
