The tiny bakery's opening hours can be seen on the front wall. Officially, it's open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., but unofficially it's open until the last crumb is sold. This bit of humor reflects the popularity of the place, as it's not uncommon for the shop assistants to have nothing left to sell before the clock strikes! Indeed, multi-starred chef Ana Roš's bread and viennoiseries sell out at lightning speed. We fall for the puffed buckwheat chocolate bun and the cream-filled cruffins , in keeping with seasonal flavors.
