It is the most awaited sporting event in Slovenia, with thousands of fans coming to cheer on the intrepid athletes!

In March, the picturesque valley on the border with Italy and Austria hosts Slovenia's largest sports and entertainment event. The World Ski Flying Championships, which attract tens of thousands of visitors, are traditionally held in Planica. The atmosphere is chauvinistic, as the Slovenians have always been successful in this adrenaline-filled discipline! We hold our breath at each flight of these athletes.
