Amazing hotel, great location. Very chill and relaxing atmosphere.
Staff is polite and respectful. The receptionist Tamara was very helpful and friendly.

včeraj dopoldan sem zunaj sedel z ženo in čakal, da bi mogoče kdo prišel vprašat, če bi kaj spili ali pa pojedli...grem noter in na veliko presenečenje sem ugotovil, hotel nima zaposlenih - nikjer nikogar....zunaj en avto z madžarsko tablico in to je vse...brez dober dan ali karkoli sva vstala in šla v šport hotel, tam pa čist druga muzika.....tu me ne vidijo več, niti po pomoti....

45 minut čakanja na ričet, ki ni nikoli prišel. Ko sva odšli in povedali zakaj, sploh ni bilo opravičila. Očitno ne rabijo gostov, res slab odnos.

Prowadzę biuro podróży i współpracuje z Hotelem Pokljuka wiele lat. Wszystkie moje grupy wracają zadowolone i najedzone (pyszne jedzenie). Ja osobiście uwielbiam ten hotel i polecam każdemu kto planuje pobyt w Alpach.

Wir sind dort auf unserer Wanderung auf dem Juliana-Trail eingekehrt. Essen und Service waren gut, Bier wurde in eisgekühlten Gläsern serviert (ich liebe das!). Wir konnten noch Flaschenbier für den Abend mitnehmen und Frühstück für den nächsten Tag buchen. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig und mit 12,-€ preislich absolut ok.
Kann ich jedem Wanderer auf dem Julisna-Trail empfehlen
