A 200 year old house, embodying a proud rurality, recently renovated, 3 km from the lake, in Studor. It is equipped with solar panels and natural wood heating. The ecological commitment of the owners is visible in every corner of the estate: compost, careful sorting of waste, etc. They are also attached to sharing local traditions. The rooms under the roofs - equipped with a private bathroom - have an incredible charm, thanks in particular to their exposed beams. The shared kitchen is fully equipped.
