From the outset, entirely devoted to the promotion and presentation of typical Slovenian cuisine, Dvor Jezeršek has claimed the prestigious title of "Taste of Slovenia-Culinary Centre". There are two kitchens on site: the restaurant, which offers carefully crafted, aesthetically pleasing dishes with authentic flavours thanks to local ingredients such as game, trout and fresh cheese from neighbouring farms, and the academy, which trains individuals, professionals and even children, because the passion for good food starts early!
