Looking for a unique way to practice yoga? Join us for SUP Yoga, where we combine the benefits of traditional yoga with the challenge of balancing on a paddleboard. As you move through each pose, your core and stabilizer muscles will activate to help you maintain your balance on the water. With regular practice, you'll see improvements in your balance and overall fitness. We'll find a serene spot on beautiful Predil Lake for our SUP Yoga class, and afterward, we'll paddle around the lake and take in the stunning scenery. Already a professional but don’t have your SUP with you? We got you covered! We rent inflatable paddleboards of all sizes. Once deflated, these boards pack into a bag that can easily fit in the trunk of your car. You can pick up the boards at our address: Kot 12, right in the center of Bovec.
