Since 1989, the Simčič family has been producing some of the best wines from Goriška Brda. In the middle of Slovenian Tuscany, the estate remains small, barely 12 hectares, but the quality is there. Here, everything is a family story and the know-how is passed on from generation to generation. To taste: the triton, an aromatic white wine skilfully balanced with a dominant chardonnay and sauvignon blanc. The Duet Blex is a little marvel that will delight lovers of the best Bordeaux wines. Also ask to taste the olive oil produced by the family.
