CAVE À VINS TILIA
Matjaž Lemut, originally an oenological engineer, has been living in this hamlet for a few years and produces famous wines. Some appellations bear the names of his children. His recipe? Talent, high standards and an almost scientific analysis of the quality of his grapes. His Pinot Gris - sweet with a dominant of melon - or Noir - intense red fruit - have nothing to be ashamed of in the face of global competition. The master winemaker is an intellectual who lectures on viticulture at most of the country's universities.
