As for the cuisine, Italian and Croatian recipes from the south blend perfectly with the must-try dishes: platters or pasta with shellfish and seafood, whole fish and southern vegetables, and potatoes grilled or accompanied by the famous bliva (potatoes and Swiss chard in olive oil) are truly mouth-watering.
