At the Hôtel Riviera, everyone is invited to sit down in the dining room! The bistronomie formula offers a convivial introduction to southern cuisine, with small dishes, tapas, planchas (antipasti, fritters, marinade or fisherman's fry, etc.) or a cheese/charcuterie platter, accompanied by a fine regional wine. The tasting menu is more in the gastronomic category, with dishes typical of Istrian cuisine, carefully prepared with an acute sense of the harmony of flavors based on seafood or local produce.
