It all began in 1995, when the Erjavec couple decided to transform the old family home into a pizzeria. It was a daring challenge, surviving in a village far from the main road... But through knowledge and creativity rather than imitation and superficiality, they were able to create a reputation for themselves and expand their culinary offering with fine, colorful and refined dishes that soon won awards from Gault&Millau.
