Veselič means "joy" in Slovenian. And the choice of the name of this hostel is absolutely not usurped! It's a treat from appetizer to dessert. All of the à la carte dishes are brilliantly mastered. Here, we are not looking for sophisticated and complex dishes: we prefer to highlight a family cuisine, of the terroir, both delicate and delicious. For example, the saddle of lamb roasted over a wood fire with its port sauce is a pure masterpiece of flavour and technique. One of the best value for money in the region.
