The Auberge du Palais restaurant is masterfully run by chef Jean-Philippe Devaux. In a neat, rather classic decor, the establishment offers traditional cuisine rich in flavors, featuring delicate dishes in interesting compositions. The famous moulet from the Thiers mountains is one of the specialties. The quality of the accommodation, including the superb annexes opposite the inn, the warm welcome and the meticulous presentation of the dishes make this an address not to be missed if you're passing through Forez.

Cuisine accompagnée de vins de haut niveau sortis tout droit de la cave du patron.
