This original museum looks back on a largely unknown episode in the municipal history of Velenje. Indeed, the city was home to particularly renowned leather craft workshops in the 19th century. However, the process of industrialisation and the relative isolation of Velenje from the main railway and trade routes marked the end of this economic epic at the end of the 20th century.
